Brackenridge Hall Decorative Pediment

This decorative pediment adorned the original University of Texas Brackenridge Hall or B. Hall as it was called, a men’s dormitory built in 1890. Although the dorm was torn down in 1952, the pediment was only recently discovered in storage. A.D. Willis Company was contracted by Lars Stanley Metal Works to completely restore the pediment, and it once again hangs proudly on campus in Jester Hall.
