PRE-PROGRAM REPAIRS:
After the thorough inspection phase, the A. D. Willis team can perform those repairs that are necessary to return your building to a maintainable condition. After this step has been completed, your building is now capable of being maintained by one of our WeatherGuard SYSTEMS™ warranty programs.

PREVENTIVE REPAIRS:
Our technician will provide periodic scheduled inspections and repairs to your roof maintaining its leak-free integrity, reduce life-cycle cost, and extending useful service life, simultaneously preserving your building’s asset value. The overall intent is to correct problems before they cause disruption to interior operations, or cause permanent and costly damage to the existing structure. The cost of the repairs is included in the warranty charge.

INSPECTION VISITS PER YEAR:
The number of site visits, subsequent inspections and repairs is based on which of the four WeatherGuard SYSTEMS™ warranty programs you select. These plans are set up to allow you to select the amount of protection you desire, while staying within your budget parameters.

24-HOUR PRIORITY EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICE:
WeatherGuard SYSTEMS™ provides 24- hour, seven days a week, emergency leak and repair service. We realize that a building warranty program must do more than just protect your building’s assets. Your building houses equipment, goods, and people. We know for you to run a successful business you need to be able to protect all of these. Depending on the WeatherGuard SYSTEMS™ warranty program you choose, any leaks that may develop between inspections are treated at no additional cost to you.

SURE-ROOF ANALYSIS:
WeatherGuard SYSTEMS™ can provide a complete analysis of your building, as it is crucial that you know the existing condition, and the associated costs before any decision is made. The A. D. Willis team consists of numerous roofing professionals and engineers who utilize modern techniques and equipment to determine the existing condition of your building. We provide you this information in an easy to read format and include our suggestions of the most appropriate course of action for you to take.

MULTI-YEAR COMPUTERIZED BUDGET PLANNING:
Using the latest in computer software, WeatherGuard SYSTEMS™ provides you with multi-year budget planning for one building, or for multiple facilities. Budget information is prioritized based upon the condition of each building. A permanent database is maintained to track real costs over the long-term, allowing you to identify problem areas, and see the cost benefits of maintaining your building’s assets.

CAD DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION:
A. D. Willis has a complete CAD department that utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to provide drawings as part of our initial SURE-ROOF Analysis and to document conditions during the warranty period.
